  • All-Side 3D Views — front, back, left, right elevation renders

  • 2D Working Elevation — technical elevation with dimensions, material codes, and level markings for contractor use

  • Exterior Material Detail — paint colour codes (Asian Paints), HPL sheet specs, SS railing, lighting fixtures annotated on render

  • Structural Drawings Section 2 — roof beam plans per floor, slab plans, lintel details, staircase RCC details, column sections

  • Working Drawings — dimension plans all floors, toilet detail, kitchen detail, door and window schedule with frame sizes

  • Electrical Drawings — switch, plug, fan, light, AC, geyser, TV, charger point layout per floor with heights and DB location

  • Plumbing Drawings — water supply layout per floor, borewell, overhead tank, hot/cold lines, stop valves, underground water tank, water harvesting pit

  • Drainage Drawings — soil water, waste water, and rain water pipe layouts per floor, septic tank and soak pit details

  • BOQ & Material Estimate — complete bill of quantities, cost calculated per sqft × built-up area at current Bangalore rates
