Nirmithya Consulting Private Limited (“Nirmithya,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the rules made thereunder.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you consent to the practices described in the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. In this Policy, “you” or “your” means the individual visiting our website or interacting with us (a “Data Principal” under the DPDP Act), and Nirmithya acts as the “Data Fiduciary” that determines how and why your personal data is processed.
Personal data you provide voluntarily. When you fill out a form, book a demo or design consultation, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, plot location/address, and details about your project requirements.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our content, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
We collect only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not knowingly collect sensitive financial credentials such as full card numbers, passwords, or bank account details through this website.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
• To respond to your enquiries and schedule and conduct demo or design consultation calls;

• To maintain records and comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations; and
• To protect our rights and property and to comply with any law, regulation, court order, or lawful request.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you submit your details to us, and for the legitimate purposes of providing the services you request. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 9. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
• Service providers / Data Processors: with trusted third parties who process data on our behalf and under contract — including our customer relationship and form platform (Synamate), WhatsApp communication provider (Zacx), analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), our video hosting provider (Vidalytics), and advertising platforms (Meta) — strictly to provide services to us;

We require all such third parties to keep your data confidential and to use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.
General website forms. When you submit your details through a general enquiry or contact form on our website, you consent to Nirmithya and its representatives contacting you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email in relation to your enquiry and our services.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
Demo / design consultation booking (survey) form. When you submit the demo or design consultation booking form, the form displays, and you acknowledge and agree to, the following authorisation:
“By submitting this form, you authorise Nirmithya Consulting Private Limited & its representatives to contact you with updates and notifications via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call. This will override DND/NDNC.”
This authorisation enables us to contact you about your enquiry and our services even if your number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time as set out in Section 9, after which we will stop sending such communications within a reasonable period.
